Once a document or photo is printed, the service is considered consumed. Therefore, no refunds or cancellations can be provided for successfully printed orders.
You can request to cancel your order only if the printing process has not yet been initiated at our store. Please contact us immediately if you uploaded the wrong file.
If your money is deducted but the order fails or the print command is not received by our servers, the full amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
In the rare event that we print the wrong file or the print quality is severely compromised due to a machine error, we will either reprint your document for free or issue a full refund at the counter.
